I'm a researcher, writer, yoga nidra teacher, somatic specialist, and mother to two little kiddos (sub-text: I'm BUSY).

After years of struggling with debilitating performance anxiety, dysregulation (hello, anger issues!), and disordered eating, all of which were rooted in a complicated traumatic adolescent situation, I finally discovered a set of powerful tools that have completely transformed my life.

I trained as a social scientist and earned my masters of science, after which I worked in academic publishing. I love deep-diving into cutting-edge research to help make better sense of our lives — and to make our lives better.
